2. Contract Formation

·       Log in to your account through the main page.

·       Choose the item

·       Choose Join a Jamaa or create Jamaa

·       Proceed to the payment gateway

·       Approve the terms and conditions

·       Pay the amount

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include 15% VAT.

Shipping fee via our couriers is calculated at checkout.

Payment methods: Mada, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara.

For instalment plans, the contract is subject to the financier’s terms; cash refund is not available and extra charge will be applied as per the financier’s terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Service Area: All KSA cities; remote areas subject to availability

Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days within major cities

Tracking number sent via SMS and email

Customer is responsible for accurate address; extra fees due to incorrect address are borne by customer

5. Return & Exchange

- Withdrawal Period: You may withdraw within 7 calendar days from delivery, provided the product is unused and in original, resellable condition (factory packaging, accessories, and invoice included).

- Seal Removed, Item Unused: A 30% deduction may apply if the original factory seal has been opened but the item remains unused.

- Manufacturing Defects: Items with a confirmed manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded within 10 business days.

-Shipping Fees: Shipping is refunded only if the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refund Scenarios

Order in preparation Jmaa not completed within 7 days:

Refund is initiated immediately; posting to your account depends on your bank (~1–14 days).

Jmaa completed but not yet shipped:

Full refund initiated immediately; bank posting ~1–14 days.

Shipped but not yet delivered (change of mind):

Refund minus actual outbound shipping fees and a 2% operational fee.

Delivered but unopened (within 7 days):

Refund initiated immediately; bank posting ~1–14 days. Return shipping is borne by the customer (original shipping may be non-refundable if applicable).

Delivered damaged/defective:

Replacement or full refund within 10–14 business days; all shipping costs are covered.

6. Warranty

All devices carry a standard manufacturer’s warranty from invoice date; service provided by authorized centers.

7. User Account

User must be 18+ and is responsible for account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Jmaa; copying without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jmaa is not liable for indirect losses; liability limited to product value.

10. Force Majeure

Jmaa shall not be liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by KSA law; disputes heard by Riyadh courts.

12. Amendments

Jmaa may amend these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
